guest instructor for a hands-on workshop on making traditional Japanese miso from scratch.<\/p>\n<p>Miso is not only an essential seasoning in Japanese cuisine, but also a traditional fermented food that embodies the wisdom and fermentation culture of Japan.<\/p>\n<p>During this workshop, participants will learn about fermentation and Japanese food culture while actually making miso together.<br \/>\nThe event will also include a casual discussion and networking session for chefs and food professionals to connect and exchange ideas.<\/p>\n<p>After the workshop, guests will enjoy a special
